Exercising does give many benefits to the health of our bodies. However, exercise will only be useful if you do it by the rules. One of the things you need to consider before exercising is to warm up or stretching.
By warming up or stretching, then the chances of muscle injury would be reduced. For example, muscle cramps, sore muscles, or sprains.
